Americas: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico and Uruguay.
Asia/Pacific: Australia, China, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
